Kits Fest

Be sure to come out and enjoy the 11th annual Kits Fest.  This family-friendly festival is a great way to celebrate the wide range of sports that take place in and around Kitsilano Beach and to support healthy living.  This event focuses on building a stronger community and strives to give back to Kitsilano through park facility upgrades and other special events.

Bard on the Beach

Celebrating its 30th season, Bard on the Beach is Western Canada’s largest Shakespeare Festival.  Part of the allure is the event’s location in the stunning Vanier Park and runs from June until September.  This year’s line-up includes:

  • The Taming of the Shrew.
  • All’s well that ends well.
  • Shakespeare in Love.
